Maha Siddha Thirumoolar is one of the Greatest Mystics and Enlightened beings in the Tamil Siddha Tradition. A devout worshipper of Lord Paramashivan, the Supreme Being, Thirumoolar’s life is a radiant example of Divine Transformation and Spiritual Mastery. He is believed to have Lived for over 5000 years, Demonstrating the Power of Yogic Life, Spiritual Discipline, and Divine Grace.

He was the first human being that had direct initiation from Lord Paramashivan himself. He had great supernatural abilities like shifting into other bodies, curing illness, invincibility, flying and many more. Even our modern researchers are still doing many research and trying to decode his way of life.

What makes Maha Thirumoolar extraordinary is the fact that he received direct initiation from Lord Paramashivan himself, a Divine Blessing that Bestowed upon him Immense Spiritual Knowledge and Supernatural Abilities. Comprising exactly 3000 verses, it is said that Thirumoolar would come out of deep Yogic Meditation once every year to write a single verse on a Palm Leaf, resulting in a Spiritual Journey of over 3000 years. These verses are not just Poetic insights but Divine Revelations, Mantras that lay down the path to Realize the Self and Attain Unity with the Supreme.

Maha Siddha Thirumoolar is regarded as the First Tamil Siddha of this Yuga and a direct disciple of Maha Yogi Sri Agasthiyar, The Immortal Sage and Primordial Guru of the Siddha Tradition. Sri Agasthiyar is known to have guided the flow of Ancient South Indian Civilization and Initiated countless Enlightened beings across Millennia. Maha Thirumoolar was amongthe foremost, entrusted with the Sacred Mission of Preserving and Transmitting the Eternal Wisdom.

Additionally, Thirumoolar received Divine Instruction from Guru Nandeeswarar in the Sanskrit Tradition, Attaining Mastery in Vedanta and acquiring the Ashta Maha Siddhis, the Eight Yogic Perfections which are

After attaining Full Enlightenment on Mount Kailash, Maha Thirumoolar began his Journey of Spreading Dharma, a Divine Mission revealed to him by Lord Shiva Himself.
